Pallet Jack Robots
The pallet jack robot is located in the core handling link of industrial automation. It is an unmanned pallet mobile terminal developed based on laser SLAM navigation and an intelligent controller. Its basic structure combines a high-strength industrial steel fork, a large-capacity lithium battery pack, a 3D obstacle avoidance module, and a high-precision drive system, aiming to replace traditional manual handling and realize end-to-end automation of warehousing logistics. With the centimeter-level repeated positioning accuracy of ± 10 mm and automatic pallet identification technology, the product can operate flexibly in narrow roadways. Its modular structure not only improves the environmental adaptability but also significantly optimizes the economic benefits of long-distance transportation. In terms of performance and diversity, the robot supports automatic charging and rapid deployment and can realize intelligent upgrading without large-scale transformation of the ground environment. The product covers customized versions for different operating environments, such as the anti-static version for the pharmaceutical industry, the low-temperature version for cold chain storage, and the high-load version for heavy industry. Through the integration of an advanced scheduling system, the robot can seamlessly link with elevators, automatic doors, mechanical arms, and various production lines and build an automated logistics closed loop with high efficiency, low maintenance cost, and a high safety factor for enterprises.

With 1.5 tons of load and laser SLAM hybrid navigation, the fuselage is compact and supports extremely narrow passages, which is suitable for e-commerce logistics warehousing, production line material transfer, and narrow storage handling.

A single fork, very narrow design with a 300 kg light load, can be a flexible shuttle in a complex environment, commonly used in pharmaceutical sorting centers, electronic parts transmission, and laboratory material turnover.

Equipped with 360° omnidirectional steering, it supports lateral movement in 1.8-meter-wide aisles and Bézier curve path planning, significantly enhancing space utilization. Primarily used in long-wood processing, metal-tube warehousing, and narrow-aisle operations with space constraints.

The thin single-fork structure conforms to European standard specifications, flexible deployment, and support for automatic charging. It is mainly aimed at European pallet handling, clean workshop transportation, and seamless distribution in intelligent factories.

The rated load is 1 ton and has high-precision repeated positioning, which can be coordinated with the system for raw material storage, paper turnover, and intelligent loading of finished goods in chemical plants.
