With the rapid growth of the new energy market, GEM (Wuxi)'s business scale continues to expand, making traditional manual management models inadequate to support the efficient operation of disassembly lines and complex warehouse management needs. Based on an in-depth evaluation of scalability, openness, and comprehensive benefits, GEM (Wuxi) chose to collaborate deeply with SEER Robotics, deploying 27 intelligent robots of different types to reconstruct its smart disassembly line and warehouse management processes.

1. Multi-Robot Collaboration for Full-Process Integration

The 27 intelligent robots include rotating lift robots and stacking smart forklifts. Leveraging the SRC controller and RDS unified resource scheduling system, they achieve efficient collaborative operations within the same scenario.

The rotating lift robots handle material transfer between buffer zones and docking areas, while the stacking smart forklifts manage the inbound and outbound of empty pallets in the sorting area and intelligent palletizing. These robots connect key processes such as raw material storage, disassembly processing, and product sorting, supporting rapid production capacity ramp-up.

2. 2D Visualization with Intelligent Central Systems

SEER Robotics' M4 Smart Logistics Management System seamlessly integrates with the GEM's MES system, enabling unified management of warehousing, distribution, and production. This facilitates dynamic storage allocation and intelligent task dispatching.

The RDS system incorporates 2D robot visualization, displaying real-time operational status and relevant data of robots on a large data screen. This enhances transparency in equipment status and intelligent task allocation, assisting managers in making quick and precise decisions.

3. Two-Way Collaboration, Adapting to GEM's Self-Developed Batteries

SEER Robotics’s robots successfully adapted to GEM (Wuxi)'s self-developed high-performance lithium batteries, further enriching the robot development component library. These batteries have been successfully applied in the deployed 27 robots.

The batteries utilize automotive-grade cells featuring high energy density, superior stability, long cycle life, and intelligent BMS management. They support fast charging, providing reliable assurance for uninterrupted operations at the GEM (Wuxi)'s factory.

The smart forklifts are equipped with high-precision weighing sensors to collect real-time cargo data and synchronize it with the MES system. This optimizes production processes and reconstructs production management logic through real-time data interaction, further improving production management efficiency.
