SEER Robotics' autonomous pallet truck is deeply optimized for high-dynamic industrial sites. Relying on its independently developed robot control core and underlying kinematic model, it completely breaks the jamming and slipping problems of traditional prefabricated transport vehicles in complex road conditions. The entire vehicle is equipped with a dual-spring shock-absorbing mechanism for the drive wheels and a high-strength hydraulic lifting system as standard. While ensuring the smooth lifting of a large load of two tons, the full-load operating speed reaches 1.5m/s, significantly improving the logistics efficiency of the workshop's main road. In addition, SEER Robotics tightly combines visual deep learning algorithms with multi-sensor fusion schemes to give handling forklifts powerful vehicle adaptive recognition capabilities. Compared with similar products that are limited by the requirements of strict pallet placement angles and standardized lighting, this equipment supports wide-angle adaptive fork retrieval and intelligent recognition of wrapped pallets, greatly reducing on-site manual assistance placement intervention and effectively shortening the secondary commissioning and operation cycle of the entire factory project.
Faced with the dual pressures of a surge in daily processing orders and a complex variety of goods in logistics warehousing and distribution centers such as Sinotrans, managers of third-party logistics warehousing and distribution centers urgently need heavy-duty handling equipment with a small turning radius, suitable for high-density storage spaces, and capable of autonomous operation around the clock, to effectively reduce the workload and the risk of sorting errors and omissions.
For the heavy-duty transfer needs of engine assemblies and large stamped parts between multiple processes at automobile manufacturing sites such as FAW-Volkswagen, the supervisor of the large automobile complete vehicle and powertrain workshop needs an industrial-grade handling forklift that can carry two tons of materials, has multiple safety protections, and supports the safe passage of mixed human-machine flow.
The director of the intelligent electrical and heavy equipment assembly and manufacturing plant faces the material connection between multiple processes in the workshops of Schneider Electric and Siemens. The equipment needs to have the ability to flexibly identify multiple pallet postures, accurately connect with the production line automation interface, and improve the level of digital collaboration.
In response to the challenges of scattered and high-beat assembly of spare parts in new energy and electric vehicle manufacturing bases, managers of new energy and electric vehicle manufacturing bases need a large-scale unmanned transport fleet with long battery life, support for rapid battery replacement, and the ability to quickly complete on-site deployment to ensure assembly supply.
